As a lifelong Walnut Creek area resident and fourth generation East Bay native, Janet is an area expert with an organic and deep understanding of the Bay Area housing market, and as a homeowner in El Dorado County, she is equally knowledgeable about the Sierra Foothills. Janet is proud to service clients in both geographic areas through the Walnut Creek/Danville, and El Dorado Hills KW offices, as helping clients relocate from the Bay Area to the Sierra Foothills is one of her areas of specialty. Janet's firsthand knowledge of and connections in both housing markets helps buyers and sellers beat the market in both locations.
Janet also specializes in assisting first time home buyers and young families break into the Bay Area housing market.
